Irina Irgoveanu’s journey began in the legal profession, where she followed in her family’s footsteps as a fourth-generation lawyer. Everything changed, however, when she gave birth to her first child. Driven by a deep desire to give her child the best upbringing, Irina had a transformative experience. She immersed herself in the world of psychology and sought to understand the fundamental principles of child development and emotional well-being. This exploration was driven not only by her newly discovered role as a mother but also by her innate curiosity to understand the psychological aspects that shape a child’s growth and development.
In her search for knowledge, Irina came across the All About Parenting program. Intrigued by the program’s innovative methodology and its transformative potential for families, Irina jumped at the opportunity to become a certified All About Parenting trainer.
The path to certification was tough and challenging, involving intensive training and ongoing professional development. Irina continued to develop her skills as a trainer, acquiring the knowledge and tools necessary to guide and support parents on their unique parenting journey.
After graduating from law school in 2008, she embarked on a remarkable legal career that spanned more than a decade. With a master’s degree in French on international business law, Irina acquired a keen understanding of nuanced communication, cultural sensitivity, and complicated interpersonal dynamics – all important skills she later applied in her role as a parenting trainer.
As a practicing attorney from 2008 to 2019, she developed a keen ability to mediate, negotiate, and counsel – skills she has since used to help parents navigate complex family dynamics.
The birth of her first child in 2016 marked a pivotal turning point in her life. The fields of law and arbitration, once sources of intellectual stimulation, suddenly lost their appeal. Her newfound joy and interest turned to parent-child relationships. As a result, she immersed herself in child psychology, channeling her thirst for knowledge to understand the delicate dynamics that make up the relationships between parents and their children.
Irina’s seminars and workshops have become a source of inspiration and guidance for parents worldwide. Her engaging and informative presentations offer practical strategies and evidence-based approaches to screen time challenges, better collaboration, anger management, and more. Irina creates a safe and judgment-free space where parents can talk openly about their challenges, share their experiences, and learn from each other.
Since becoming a certified All About Parenting trainer in 2020, Irina has conducted over 250 seminars, reaching more than 336,000 parents worldwide.
