I cannot recommend All About Parenting enough. This program was the missing piece of the puzzle that I did not even know existed. For a while, I was constantly buried in parenting books, looking for guidance and answers. My parenting problems persisted. All About Parenting not only changed the way I raised my children, it changed the entire atmosphere of our family life. I am glad I made this investment – in myself and in my family.

It’s funny how life turns out sometimes. My wife was the first to jump on this program. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and so I was slowly drawn in as well. And before I knew it, I was hooked. As I learned, I began to change. I became more patient, more understanding, and had a better sense of my children’s needs and feelings. I no longer viewed misbehavior as defiance, but as a cry for help, an opportunity to guide them rather than punish them. It’s not just about good parenting practices, it’s about changing the way we see and interact with our children. And for that, I will always be grateful.

I came across this program in a moment of desperation, searching for hope in the complex maze of child development. And, oh, did it deliver!

I am passing this information on to my friends and recommending the program to anyone I know who has children. The change is real and happening right before my eyes. The positive impact the program has had on my 5 year old son is amazing. For example, one of the biggest challenges we faced was setting boundaries. It seemed like he was constantly pushing against the limits, particularly when it came to his bedtime and mealtime routines. No matter what we tried, we couldn’t find a way to make him cooperate.

Bedtime was a real struggle for us. Our son would come up with all sorts of tactics to delay going to bed. He would ask for extra stories, water, or find creative reasons to stay awake longer. It felt like a never-ending battle to establish a consistent bedtime routine. Another source of frustration for us was mealtime. Even when we would cook his favorite meals, there were days when he would flat out refuse to eat them. It was disheartening to see the effort we put into preparing his preferred dishes go to waste. One day, we were feeling absolutely desperate and unsure of what to do, so we turned to the internet for answers. That’s when we stumbled upon this program. Without hesitation, we purchased it and started watching the episodes. It was truly wow. The way the information was presented in the program made a world of sense to us. It was as if a light bulb suddenly turned on, illuminating the areas where we had been going wrong. But more importantly, it provided us with practical solutions that we could implement in our situation.

A ‘thank you’ seems so small for the great miracle you have brought into our lives. Keep up the good work!

It shows us how to change the way we talk to our kids to avoid arguments and meet our kids’ needs. It’s amazing to see how our family life has improved as a result. If you want a happier family, this program can make that a reality!

I never realized how harmful yelling at my child could be until I took this class a few days ago. I thought raising my voice was a normal part of discipline, but I was wrong. In the few hours I spent with the trainer, I learned the long-lasting effects of yelling on a child‘s emotional well-being. I have realized that my words have a powerful impact on my child and that it’s my responsibility to control myself and show my child how to do the same.

I’m glad I found you! I got out of the habit of yelling and started looking for ways to calm myself down before asking my child to do so. I am excited about this new way of parenting, even though it’s a lot of work to break habits. And you know what the best part is? You can see that my son has also become calmer, simply because I have my anger under control. Thank you!

“What is wrong with my children? Why are they acting this way? What is wrong with me? Why can’t they listen to me?” These were the questions that constantly ran through my mind as a parent struggling with my children’s behavior. I felt lost and angry and wondered if I was doing something fundamentally wrong.

You helped me understand that my children’s behavior was neither a reflection of their character nor a personal failing on my part. Instead, I learned to look beyond the surface and explore the reasons for their actions. I learned about emotions, and how to talk to the child and show them I’m there for them. I did not realize that children’s behavior is often due to unmet needs, emotions they can not yet express, or simply being overwhelmed by the world around them.

One thing I can tell you, after I tried to be more respectful of my children’s feelings they started listening to me more and talking to me about what was going on in their lives. Thank you for all you do for parents!

My husband and I attended this free event and we could not believe how much free information we received for our parenting issues. Our 18 months old was hitting herself, she screamed every time we took her out of our arms, and it became too much for us. Attending the event was a turning point for us. Seeing other parents who were facing similar challenges and sharing their experiences made us feel less alone. We started to apply some of the information we received in the course about temper tantrum at this age. We found out why babies hit themselves and how to help her in those moments. We have already subscribed to the program. Your commitment to helping parents like us does not go unnoticed and we have already recommended you to everyone we know with children. Thank you, thank you so much!

I would like to share my experience and tell how this program has made a significant difference in my life and my child’s behavior. As a concerned parent, I was faced with a difficult situation when my kid was hitting other kids with a chair at school. It was a distressing time, and I felt lost, feeling like a failure. Then, while searching for a way to deal with my child, I discovered your masterclass about how to calm down a child. It gave me hope and motivated me to invest in the programme. Learning from it was a turning point for both of us. I learned how to talk about anger with my child and I understood this issue better for myself as well. I did not realize that the way I was talking to him was making him angrier. I am so glad it is over and I am no longer that parent.

I want to express my appreciation to you for developing such a program. Your dedication and expertise have made a huge difference in my life and my child’s well being. Thank you for giving us the information we needed!

Charlotte

If you’re ready to break free from the cycle of stress, anger, and negative emotions, and find peace give this class a try. I got to understand why my baby was acting weird. For example, one of the things that I couldn’t get was when my baby was hitting her head with her hand. Or she would have these intense meltdowns where she would scream and cry inconsolably. It was incredibly distressing to watch her and feel helpless about how to calm her down. I was not helping the situation at all by telling her to stop or that everything was okay or that she had no reason to cry. I can not tell you how lucky I am to have found these people and learn how to talk to my child when she is struggling with her big emotions. Thank you All About Parenting, you are now part of our family!

I can not even begin to express how grateful I am to have stumbled upon your free course. It was truly a godsend for me. The trainer’s approach, his composure and the solutions he imparted were an absolute godsend in dealing with my child’s temper tantrums. I have to admit that prior to taking the course, I often felt overwhelmed when confronted with these violent outbursts. It was like I was constantly walking on eggshells and did not know how to handle the situation without losing my cool. But now I feel like I have a secret weapon up my sleeve. They have taught me how to react in a calmer and more composed manner. I feel prepared to weather the storm and help my child. And I can tell you that the progress I’ve witnessed in my child‘s behavior is truly remarkable. It’s like a weight has been lifted off both of our shoulders. If you are wondering how to deal with temper tantrums, I wholeheartedly recommend you give these guys a try. Thank you so much for bringing back the joy and serenity I thought I had lost forever.

Feeling seen with everything you said about how it feels being a parent. Literally watery eyed listening to it. I just want to be the parent my babies need but I’m constantly so overstimulated & overwhelmed with my 3 & 5 yr olds.

Andrew

09/18/2023

Those free online parenting classes that you have are a bliss! I have attended all of them, but this one was my favorite. I was never a big fan of emotions because I’m more of a practical, rational person, but wow what a major difference it makes when you get down to your child’s level and say “I hear you, girl, you’re upset right now”. I could not believe it! I used all the logical explanations in the world to calm her down, when in reality all I was doing was making her suppress her feelings. I thought I was doing fine because I was not berating her, but then I realized I was no better because I was not supporting my child in this at all. Thank you so much for making me realize that I can do much better!

The red zone thing – and understanding why they are doing a certain thing – and when you said – they say “Play with me” and we are doing something else. And you tell them – after I finish this I’ll play with you. I’ve done that a lot to him. I am going to pay more attention to him when he talks to me.

You know those moments when kids get upset and you wonder what to do? In the masterclass you will gain valuable calming strategies for your children. Basically, you can learn how to help your child release that anger in a healthier way. They’ve got some awesome techniques that show you how to guide your child and give them alternative ways to deal with their anger. It is about creating a safe space for them to express their feelings and teaching them how to manage their frustration. Also, the book is very well researched, which made me feel I would get some solid strategies. That was enough to convince me to try it with my own kids, and let me tell you, it works! Breathing exercises, setting boundaries, and how to talk so kids will listen are just some of the tools they teach you. It’s amazing to see how understanding what’s going on in their minds can change family life.

Thank you for sharing all this information. Reminding me that I need to start every time with the most important information that my children should hear: „I love you and I will always love you”.

Jade

09/23/2023

If someone had told me that they assign chores for toddlers and they actually do them, I would’ve laughed in their faces. In this parenting class, I learned that it is scientifically proven that age-appropriate chores can start that early and teach children to be independent and responsible. My daughter is now 2.5 years old. I would have started chores at 7 or 8 when she most likely would have refused to do them. I’m so happy I signed up for this event. It’s easier for me to watch a video than to read a book or surf the net. Keep up the good work with these classes for parents. They are so valuable.

06/17/2023

I have to say that it was hard for me to find time for this class. I’ve registered three times before, but I had to cancel. I’m so happy I registered again. The information was so relatable and easy to follow. Most of us parents don’t know how to talk so our kids will listen. Open communication was not a part of my childhood, and sadly, I now realize I’m being too harsh with my kids sometimes. Great class, great presentation. It’s worth every minute. I feel like I’ve read five parenting books in two hours.

Alice

08/21/2023

Thank you!

My child would not do anything I ask, but when my wife puts him to the hardest chores, he doesn’t even blink and gets on with it. After this class, I understand why. It’s in my parenting style. I don’t invest time and patience in our relationship as she does. A friend suggested these classes and I’m happy he did. We need to become better fathers.

Annie

I have two grandsons. A toddler and a teenager. When I have the kids over, I have to speak two different languages. I’m a big fan of the All About Parenting classes. Sometimes I have friends over, and we all watch the episodes together. We all see improvements in our relationship with our grandkids when following the methods.

The powerful moment is when I think of all the underneath damage I am causing by my parenting to my kid, thinking of when he grows up feeling danger, can be abandoned or feeling unloved even though I think I am giving him love but still it’s still frightening.

Carole

10/19/2023

It also make me think that is what I thought when I was small and my parents were screaming at me, I thought that they didn’t love me… I don’t want my kids to feel that way.

Reem

09/07/2023

Loved when you talked about giving unconditional love to our kids.

Sylvia

10/19/2023

Just realized my children are a reflection of how I am raising them. They shout at each other because I shout at them.

Lise

01/09/2024

When you talked about unconditional love, I had a tear in my eye, because I feel that my kids deserve better than what I am giving them.

Jackie

12/08/2023

The masterclasses have been so helpful, Patrick you’re such an amazing trainer.

Toni

09/07/2023

I have realised I am a balanced parent but not consistent enough. You are right I have childhood trauma that affects the way I am with my daughter for example let her get away with things to not upset her in the way I felt as a child.

Brandi

01/15/2024

I see now how inconsistent I am and how this has caused my son to really be unclear of expectations because I flip flop sometimes. I haven’t provided an environment that has fostered cooperation. Instead, I’ve taught him that my expectations aren’t clear.

Erin

10/18/2023

The term firm and warm is something I will be repeating to myself throughout the day.

It was a mind blowing for me when you said our kids will turn out behaving like us when we threaten them

Anjum

10/03/2023

To be honest I was lost in ur talk and realize I have been going wrong since past 9 years with my children.

Sara

11/16/2023

Learning that setting boundaries benefits my child and not just me selfishly, this is why I used to not be too consistent with setting boundaries.

Monique

11/08/2023

I love you and will always love you. This is what I would want to hear. How nice is this to hear.

Nicole

01/09/2024

I don’t want to push my kids away with my discipline.

Judy

12/08/2023

I have read countless parenting books and I enjoyed the concrete examples that you gave. The general idea is the same as what I do, except sometimes I lack consequence. And speaking to my children is a huge thing – because I only have the models of my parents ingrained in me and that is what I revert to when I am stresses, tired or overloaded. I need to reprogram my base reactions.

Thanga

01/09/2024

Realising that we push them away when shouting.

Lauren

04/27/2024

It’s so nice to know I’m not alone in this! I am eager to implement the rules and consistency… 21 day rule sounds like something our family can fall in line with.

Brid

01/09/2024

Imagining an adult shouting at me and how resentful I would feel towards them.

Sarah

09/04/2023

Do you know what happens when I give my kids chores? They tell me it’s my house and I should do all the cleaning. That it was my choice to have kids, and I should’ve expected the mess. It will be a long journey for us to get back on track, but I plan on becoming consistent with these 5 steps. This is a great class for overwhelmed parents.

Oksana

09/19/2023

Most powerful is realising and admitting that I’m not perfect but normal parent, allowing myself to go on and try again.

Chansa

11/08/2023

I love you and I will always love you. I think our children needs to hear more of love than yelling and screaming at them.

Charlotte

09/22/2023

Realising the damage we are causing when threatening/ shouting and it’s exactly what our parents did to us.

Sarah

09/07/2023

I absolutely cannot wait. I’m completely determined to smash this. It seems absolutely terrifying, I think you are incredible. I trust in you and the process. So motivated, I want to set a great example for my kids.

Grace

09/12/2023

I thought I had difficult children. I now see that I was doing everything backwards. I was trying to spark my children’s internal motivation by rewarding them. “Read three more pages, and you get an hour of screen time”. I negotiated everything, and the price kept going up. Without this course, I probably would have made this the worst habit of their lives. I will recommend it to others. I see these parenting mistakes in many of my friends.

Rose

06/27/2023

The 3 Basic Psychological Needs was a new concept for me. I also found out that I may be an overly permissive parent. I don’t assign chores for my kids and try to cover for them when they don’t do their homework. I never linked this to them becoming irresponsible or lacking motivation, but it all makes sense. I was too busy trying to keep them happy and comfortable without thinking about the long-term effects. I am ready to rethink my methods.

James

08/15/2023

Picture this. You come home after a hard day’s work. Homework is done, chores are finished and all you have to do is spend some quality time with your family. This parenting class showed me that motivation for kids comes from their psychological well-being. Although it’s hard work, I wouldn’t go back to power struggles, yelling, and punishments.

Siobahn

09/11/2023

It hit home when you say about our method and my kids feels like they won’t be able to come to me as I tell my oldest he can tell me anything but then my reaction says otherwise.

Angi

01/15/2024

I have 3 full pages of notes so far!!! I am SOOO THANKFUL for this knowledge!

Siobahn

Marufa

10/03/2023

Your speech is powerful, honestly I’m happy, I can just listen to you all day. Thank you!

Katie

03/07/2024

I grew up not having a schedule so it’s hard to make one for my kids because never saw the importance. With this conversation I’ve realized how important it is.

Ella

06/01/2023

When my son was born 15 years ago, we did not have access to the kind of information and resources that are available today. We did our best as parents, but as he entered his teens, I realized that sometimes our best efforts alone were not enough. I believe it’s never too late to change, and that’s why I’m here. Attending this event made me rethink some things about my parenting. I’ve come to understand that when my child pushes me away, it is not just a typical teenage phase that will pass. It is a sign that something deeper needs to be addressed. I used to think that was just part of growing up, but I overlooked the deeper issues my child was facing.

Thank you, All About Parenting, for providing this valuable insight. They’ve helped me see that my son‘s behavior is a cry for help, and it’s my responsibility to be there for him.

Tania

12/08/2023

Realising that my daughter does understand my unconditional love for her and respects that. It is very validaing.

Toyin

11/08/2023

I love you and will always do. That statement will calm me no matter what my kid has done wrong.

Robyn

12/08/2023

To hear about unconditional love – it is SO important but also you need to be able to love yourself unconditionally before loving anyone else. This really resonates with me.

Jordan

09/10/2023

Remembering that our children learn from us first and foremost, realizing that we need to take the time to slow down and remember that which is not always easy.

Loving your kid is not a reward for good behavior hit me hard.

Kersti

09/07/2023

I realised that instead of me having to tell my child what to do and how to behave, I am here to guide and teach him to behave.

Evie

09/14/2023

I used to feel guilty for getting angry with my baby. It was a constant struggle, and I knew I had to make a change. That’s when I discovered this incredible program. Investing in it was a turning point for me. With the help of the program, I learned how to improve my temper and break free from the habit of shouting. The guilt slowly faded away as I implemented the techniques and strategies taught in the program. I am grateful for the program’s guidance and support in helping me become a more patient and loving mother to my baby.

Tara

01/24/2024

Favorite part of the class is finding out what type of parent I am and steps to take to change that.

Colette

02/06/2024

Thanks for everything. I’m in tears, but even helpful to even hear some positive encouragement! Thank you!

Adina

11/07/2023

Putting myself in the position of my kid, being shouted at – I definitely would not accept or like that. And the thing is that in the future I don’t want my kids to accept that from anyone.

Will

10/17/2023

Wow! This is life changing.

Zainab

12/14/2023

It is very personal as its tailored to your child and you actually get lovely feedback to go back and apply in real life as opposed to empty words of advice. Really enjoy Q&A so make sure to stick around till the end!

Ashley

02/16/2024

My moment was some thing I already knew but was reminded that we as parents need to be happy, and need to understand ouerselves, how we work, what we do as adults, prior to being able to know how to help them be happy and be able to understand what they do and why they do it. We always put our kids first. Some times we forget as moms/ parents that our happiness and inner balance is just as important as our kids.

Aylin

09/28/2023

I am so authoritarian parent by the way and I already started changing since I joined the application.

12/14/2023

Understanding that my child’s anger and aggression has more to do with my yelling that I may have tought.

Irie

07/25/2023

Everyone sees my child as the best behaved boy in school and everywhere else he goes. He never gets into conflicts and even tries to mediate between his classmates. I am a bully and I am sure he wonders why is mom always mad at me. I am a single mom and I think I am subconsciously trying to get him to be a man, the man his dad never was. I yell at him and tell him it’s his fault he makes me mad. I wish I could take it all away. He is 13 now so I hope I can show him how sorry I am and help him rebuild his self esteem. Thank you for making me realize that I’m the problem.

Daisy

09/09/2023

Discovering the masterclass on shouting was a pivotal moment for me as a parent. It made me realize that I had unresolved problems and that I am a parent with anger issues. I realized that I needed anger management skills for parents because my issues were affecting my family. As a result, I decided to invest in the program and, from that point on, things began to improve. The program provided me with valuable tools and insights to address and manage my anger in a healthier way. I am grateful for the positive changes it has brought to my family dynamics and for the opportunity to become a more patient and understanding parent.

Not having a relationship with my children. It honestly scares me because I never looked at it in the way you explained it.

Jayden

07/20/2023

I did not know that parents’ yelling severely affects children. My 3-year-old is difficult every day. I felt almost justified as his parent to raise my voice. My parents did, and all the adults I know discipline their children by yelling. We never think about the long-term effects, especially when we see them playing and giggling like nothing happened. The phrase “children live in the present and do not see you as a bad mother even if you yell, but internalize feelings of regret, guilt and shame” still echoes in my head.

Aneta

The three zones and when you were explaining the anger as a traffic jam! It made so much sense for me.

Mackenzie

06/16/2023

I do it unconsciously. During this presentation alone, I yelled at my children more than five times. I’m trying to learn how to be a better parent,  and at the same time, I’m doing just the opposite. They are so loud. And what do I do to stop them? I yell even louder. I’m going to try all these methods because they make a lot of sense. I am still amazed at how simple and natural you make it sound. I believe that stress gets the best of us, but if we don’t do something about our anger, it could backfire when our kids are older.

My 6-year-old daughter told me she needed a vacation from me. This was her way of telling me that I was stressing her out. I don’t want to think that I am stressing my daughter out and possibly harming her. Instead of being a safe place for her, I’m damaging my child. My daughter deserves a calm dad, that is loving and supportive. We need more classes like this to remind us of the great responsibility we have as parents.

Amanda

10/17/2023

Knowing my kids would not feel safe with me is really an eye opener for me.

Sofia

01/24/2024

The most powerful moment for me was to realise that learning parenting isn’t so shameful, that is alright to make mistakes as long as we want to work on us with desire for change.

Shannon

09/12/2023

“The lady said not to yell at me, mommy!”. That’s what my daughter said to me the other day after watching the master class with me. I keep forgetting how smart she is, and sometimes she amazes me with the things she comes up with. I wish she didn’t have to remind me, but she does and it helps me think about why parents overreact. We shouldn’t take our stress out on our kids. Sometimes I feel like she is more mature than I am and that is not fair to her because I am the parent.

Iryna

09/28/2023

Thank you Patrick for the programme! It’s brilliant! I was crying when was watching most of classes.

Discovering the effects of angry parents on children was a profound realization for me as a mother. It was through the All About Parenting program that I gained this invaluable knowledge. I was amazed by the program’s exceptional quality and the wealth of information it provided. The insights and understanding I gained have transformed the way I parent. I am grateful to All About Parenting for shedding light on this crucial topic and equipping me with the tools to create a nurturing and loving environment for my children.

I think the most powerful thing for me is that I am not the only one struggeling. There is a whole community of people learning.

Aimee

03/25/2024

After 23 years of parenting, I can honestly say I have learnt more about the way I’ve always wanted to parent in the last week or so since I’ve joined the program. For the first time, I’ve understood it’s more about making a change within myself other than trying to “change” my children.

After attending a live event hosted by All About Parenting, I found myself deeply moved and inspired. Growing up with parents yelling constantly, I carried the weight of that trauma with me. But as I plan to have a baby of my own, I am determined to break the cycle and create a different, loving environment. All About Parenting has become my beacon of hope. Their program has given me the tools, knowledge, and confidence to become the parent I aspire to be. The strategies and insights shared have touched my heart, providing a path toward nurturing communication and understanding with my future child.

Thank you, All About Parenting, for guiding me on this transformative journey. With your support, I am confident that I can break free from the past and provide my future child with the love and care they deserve.

Celeste

12/14/2023

Realizing that I am responsible for dragging my child into the red zone with me, especially when I’m stressed and then in turn get easily frustrated with her. I don’t want my child to worry about when I’m going to react negatively. I truly want to be the safest person for her. I’m glad I came across this.

Grace

02/06/2024

Learning that shouting at my kids has to do with me not controlling my emotions.

Taylor

09/12/2023

I see the effect it has on how he treats other kids, his toys, even our dog. I don’t want to see the same patterns for him. I want to break the generational curse.

I understand that my attitude towards my children is the same as how my parents deal with me when I was a kid. I actually need to heal my inner child trauma.

Anna

09/14/2023

Sincer I found your masterclass my working days became much better.

Aneta

12/14/2023

Exactly, the realisation that I am not alone with this problem. And that my personal life (stationary, over-worked) has so much impact on getting into the red zone so quickly….

Desiree

01/24/2024

Yes I love the angry dairy too. I loved your story it has me looking at every time I yelled at my kids and now noticing my kids out come why they acted the way they acted after I yelled at them. Real eye opener.

Princy

02/06/2024

Everything was useful but what really hit was that it is physiologically impossible for kids to regulate their emotions like adults can so that was wow!

Szymon

12/04/2023

Realising it was all about me the whole time, not my daughter.

Julie

09/26/2023

Listening and looking in your eyes makes me cry because I feel that you can really understand and feel the struggle, thank you so much!

Emma

09/28/2023

I can see how my boy’s behaviour totally mirrors mine. When I’m „tantrum-y” so is he – but when I’m more green zone, he gradually gets there too. I just struggle to get there!

Sara

12/14/2023

Feeling the guilt from poorly parenting and yelling, understand how it actually effects my children.

Terianne

12/14/2023

Realizing how I’ve been treating my kids and knowing I need to change my ways and now I have grown up and don’t want that for my kids.

Anya

07/28/2023

You are so right. I yelled at my toddler and scared him. I wouldn’t recognize myself if I looked in the mirror when I yelled at my kid. I did not even think about it until I saw the picture of the woman screaming and how scary she looked. That really hit home. How scary I must look to my kid when I scream at the top of my lungs. You’ve given me a rude awakening because now I can picture all the damage I do. Thank you for all the good you do and all the parents you help!

Brianne

01/24/2024

You yell and they yell. Parents being on the same page. I feel like my husband and I are at the point where he will be willing to see that our parents way is not necessarily the way we should parent and that doesn’t mean our kids won’t respect us.

Zainab

12/14/2023

Light bulb moment for me was when you mentioned the more we model our behaviour of moving from red zone to green the more our children will learn the skill too.

Ailish

02/06/2024

Reminding me of how the zones of regulation can also be applied to adults.

Meghan

12/14/2023

Maegan

01/24/2024

Your story you just told really resonated with me. Gave me goose bump because I’m that way right now, but really wanting to change.

Krystal

08/23/2023

Question… Will my toddler remember me shouting? I’m a mother of 5. My patience is not what it used to be. The way you talked about brain development and that yelling harms our children made me feel very guilty. I look at my big kids, and I know they’re used to having an angry mom. We even laugh about it. But this doesn’t feel like a joke anymore. I want to improve our family environment and make sure the little one doesn’t witness the chaos. Very eye-opening. We will bring this topic into our family meetings. The work you and your team do is so important. I wish you the best of luck!

Gina

10/17/2023

Ivy

09/06/2023

Not yet a mother, four months to go. But, I listened to every word, especially when it came to the development of the baby’s brain. So interesting and well-documented. My baby’s father has some anger issues. Next time, we will both watch. Thank you so much for these invaluable classes. I’m sure they are a great help to many parents.

Carla

01/15/2024

I understood that shouting needs to stop immediately. I don’t want them to be scared.

10/02/2023

The explanation of the autonomy aspect just hit home. I tought i was doing great on making autonomus by making him do things on his own but in reality he has this negating and ignoring behaviour all the time showing me that I am giving autonomy the wrong way.

11/08/2023

The most powerful thing is that you transfer the emotional consequences to our kids when using a mistaken method.

Afzal

01/05/2024

The video – it tells us in such a powerful way that what our children do is in context of a world which is all addicted to phones and we probably need to reflect on our own actions as well insted of focusing on „fixing” their behaviour.

Helen

01/19/2024

I appreciate the clarification regarding how our psychological needs are related to phone usage.

Amelia

08/10/2023

I used to worry about my child’s excessive TV time and its impact on their development. But everything changed after attending a masterclass on managing screen time. I learned valuable insights and practical strategies that helped me understand the effects of too much TV on kids. I transformed our daily routine with a mix of activities like educational games, outdoor play, and family time. The results were amazing! My child’s creativity soared, they became more social, and their academic performance improved. Thanks to the masterclass, we now have a richer life filled with meaningful experiences beyond just watching TV.

Sarah

Recognising the behaviours I am doing (all five) are not effective, acknowledging that my kids and myself are addicted. Your comment offers hope that we can repair.

Melanie

The video was haunting. I will share with my adopted son’s social workers, psychiatrist, ADHD practitioner and other adoptive parents. Our children are desperately wanting their needs met immediately.

This class has been great so far. It’s been a nice reminder. I like what you’re saying about “going back to basics”. Kids need connection and at the end of the day, that’s the most masic thing we can give them.

The cell phone is meeting our basic psychological needs of Relatedness, Competency and Autonomy. I work from home and also use my device to feel related to others.

Tina

01/05/2024

I have seen this video before and it makes me so emotional every time. Even tough we are in the minority compared to other carers by having limits on screen time etc this is an addiction and it really makes me feel sad as we are living this daily and the damage that it is doing is catastrophic.

Jennifer

Attending All About Parenting’s masterclass on “Why Screens Harm Your Child” was life-changing. I learned about the negative impact of excessive screen time for babies and immediately implemented strict screen time rules. I also became more mindful of my own screen use in order to set a positive example. Thanks to the masterclass, I now prioritize interactive playtime and stimulating activities for my child’s healthy development. Karina

02/07/2024

Realising that my screaming has that affect on my child. Feel I tried everything. Most powerful part for me was when you said they do gaming because they feel there getting that feeling off reward. Maybe I need to add more positivity complements and praise. I have 5 children and it can be so hard, But I realised I need to research this more at moment I have removed playstations from the house and I’m the worst parent at the moment. I need solutions, my son is refusing to got o school.

Roma

Sara

08/08/2023

I recently attended an All About Parenting masterclass that changed the way I handle my child’s screen time. They introduced me to screen time recommendations by age chart that gave me simple guidelines for how much screen time is appropriate for my child at each stage of growth. This chart has become my trusted reference and helps me find the right balance between screen time activities and other important aspects of my child’s life. The Masterclass was an eye-opener for me, and for that I am grateful.

I realized that as kids grow we start getting busy thinking they don’t need us as they are growing up. I understand that they need us more now. I like those valuable insights. Appreciate it!

Melinda

08/08/2023

I attended this incredible masterclass that completely changed my perspective on when babies should watch TV. It was mind-blowing! The trainer was fantastic and gave me valuable advice. Now I know that babies should not be exposed to TV before the age of two. It is important for their developing brain to focus on other important areas first. This newfound knowledge gives me the opportunity to make smarter decisions for my baby. Thank you to the Masterclass, I feel much more confident about managing screen time for my little one.

It is eye opening. Seeing that he is getting competence through gaming.

Helene

10/16/2023

I love the class, the 3 elements that they are craving was the big moment for me!

Eve

09/13/2023

Wow! So relatable. My daughter just told me yesterday „mom, if you want to spend time with me you have to get off your phone” this reminded me of the relatedness you just spoke about. I have opted to put my phone away when I’m around her. We lead by example. Thank you for this.

Emily

The masterclass on “Why Screens Harm Your Child” by All About Parenting had a profound impact on me. It taught me about the harmful effects of too much screen time for babies, prompting me to establish strict rules. All About Parenting’s insights and techniques were priceless, bringing positive transformation for our family.

Gillian

12/04/2023

That video was so impacted. Also realizing how 3 needs are met virtually. The problem from ignoring questions makes them feel incompetent.

Nada

10/25/2023

The 3 psychological needs and the demonstration was perfect. Thanks.

Esme

11/22/2023

Thank you. This is really good. So helpful and thought provoking.

Florence

10/16/2023

Realized my methods are actually pushing them towards their screens.

Lucy

01/15/2024

When you listen the three things we all need – relatedness, competency and control and how children are meeting them through their gadgets. It resonated with me.

Ian

01/15/2024

I am so concerned how time is passing by and I’m missing very special moments because of phones, tablets and games online.

Magdalena

10/16/2023

Very good webinar! I can learn a lot new things!

Rita

10/16/2023

I never thought about the value I am placing on technology by using it as a consequence or reward.

Vanessa

02/07/2024

Thank you it’s great, I had an „AHA” moment when you explained they are filling their need of relatedness when playing their games.

Megan

02/09/2024

Very intereseting about the autonomy need, the need for control to have options needing to decide for themselves I knew about that need but not to the extent it was pictured to me here and opened my eyes to a bigger picture with that.

Kathleen

02/09/2024

The example we set with our own phones is a hard truth to face.

Paul

06/14/2023

Really enjoying, very useful informations… thanks

Michele

10/16/2023

Back to basics!!! Didn’t realize how much power I was putting into those dang phones by essentially bribing them!!! Ughhh!

David

11/30/2023

The most powerful part that stood out to me is the autonomy, and a bunch of other things, and connecting and making more time for him instead of just doing my own thing after I get off work.

Sanaz

02/08/2024

Brought me to tears thinking how wrong I have been.

Rachel

02/01/2024

Relatedness – my 7 year old girl is probably missing the love and attention the she used to get before her brother was born. I thought she was being naughty but she is probably craving positive attention.

Kat

01/18/2024

You gave me some perspective about how my husband and I treat each other can trigger some things.

Sarah

03/05/2024

How false promises and giving in – this creates a need for kids to LIE!

Linda

07/10/2023

So far I’m very emotional because even from my adult children to my littlest I have been trying to give them these three things but now I see I haven’t at all.

Mona

04/30/2024

Relatedness was a bit more expected. But competence and autonomy is interesting to know.

Nico

01/04/2024

The need for autonomy for kids make so much sense, never realised that.

Queen

01/30/2024

Each thing when explained in detail and with examples makes so much sense and I see exactly these in what’s needed and what happens when the needs not met.

Fran

10/31/2023

I want to parent better because I desperately want them to grow into emotionally healthy adults.

Tiffany

01/09/2024

Identifying the competence part of how as infants, we do everything for them and as they try to help we put them down by saying they are too little and we’re telling them there not competent.

Chantal

08/05/2023

We always talk about filling out kids cups up, but I realize we’re just keeping them busy and doing things, not necessarily meeting these three needs.

Chloe

11/17/2023

Thinking about how if someone shouted at me and took away my things, how I would feel and how they must feel. The fear they are made to feel made me feel very emotional and guilty!

Jennifer

11/30/2023

Realizing I haven’t been meeting my childs psychological needs. It really upset me.

Kym

10/31/2023

Yes! This is awesome.

Emily

09/25/2023

Participating in a live event organized by All About Parenting was a game-changer for our family. We are overjoyed with the knowledge we gained on how to help our kids develop essential listening skills. The programme’s incorporation of the latest scientific research into their techniques was truly impressive. We are immensely grateful to All About Parenting for providing us with valuable tools and insights that have positively transformed our parenting journey.

Alicia

01/30/2024

All the insights, feel there is hope for a better way to do things.

Nataly

11/14/2023

The clarification and explanation is so powerful.

Misty

02/21/2024

The order of the three psychological needs. The more I listen to this the more I learn. I thought autonomy was number one for my six year old, but relatedness is number one for all of my children.

April

04/26/2024

I am ready. I have always been looking for a training like this. Even in my parenting class these methods weren’t taught.

Jennifer

04/26/2024

Every time I sit in on your masterclasses I always get something out of it. Just implements the work I need to do in order for change to happen.

Sam

02/15/2024

My childhood was full of punishments and threats and that’s all we have ever learned to do but I never knew what else to do instead. This is so helpful for me to break the cycle and have healthier happier kids.

Emiliana

11/17/2023

My son has a very strong character and I like this but is very hard and stubborn too. I’m a teacher and I’m already tired mentally when I come home. I feel guilty not having the patience to listen my child and give him my 100% attention.

Vanessa

01/09/2024

The 3 needs – so obvious but really not taken seriously as we should because we react before we think in tons of situations.

Gilly

11/17/2023

This is so eye opening. It’s quite emotionl realizing that our behaviours so easily impact our children’s own behaviour. I can’t wait to change my ways.

Ella

08/16/2023

As a mom, I always wondered how to get kids to listen without resorting to yelling due to my own painful childhood experience. All About Parenting was the answer I needed. Investing in their program has given me effective tools to create a nurturing environment for my 6-month-old daughter. I am grateful for this solution and highly recommend it to any parent seeking a better way.

Joshua

01/30/2024

Yes this was amazing!!! Opened my eyes!!!

Ravin

10/24/2023

I can relate to all this and it is making so much sense coming from someone else seeing what I am not.

Baian

10/25/2023

You made me realize many things.

Natasha

10/24/2023

I loved the idea of us as parents not thinking of what causes the behavior. But yet we look for the causes of physical issues. I’ve never thought of it like that.

Samantha

11/14/2023

The camping trip story… the need for connection really broke my heart. I need to learn how to slow down and recognize these things.

Emilia

11/03/2023

Most powerful = the psychological needs the kids have. Basically means constantly spending time with them, non stop. How do you do that as a single mom when you at the same time need to work, clean up, etc.

Lisa

10/17/2023

Knowing that communication is key when you talked about the word “No” being the most used word really hit fome to me.

Tom

02/01/2024

Thank you for the information and insights, made me and my wife aware of our actions, but also that we are already doing most of the tips already. We just need to stick to them better. No backing down. Good luck everyone!

Sofie

12/06/2023

Realizing how it would feel if someone acts (like I do to my kids) to me…

Rene

10/24/2023

I realize that my kids have the same needs as I do. I forget to connect and I know how it feels to not have that connection with someone who’s important to you. And also, I’ve enabled my 2 boys to be lazy.

Angela

10/31/2023

Amazing, feeling great, just need to convey all this info to my husband so we can do it together as a team.

Jackie

12/06/2023

Everything you’re saying is so right.

Anet

11/17/2023

This has made me realise how much my children actually need me, even though they’re old enough to do many things for themselves.

Mimi

09/28/2023

The just wanting to connect and not getting satisfied enough with the smallest gesture it’s something I’ve known unconsciously and do it but it makes so much more sense when you’re taught the right way and reasons behind it that backs up the behavior

Jasmine

08/30/2023

As a mom, I have always wondered how to get kids to listen without resorting to yelling due to my own painful childhood experience. This program was the answer I needed… I am grateful for this solution and highly recommend it to all parents who are looking for a better way.

Harneet

10/24/2023

With these methods I will be able to raise great girls. My twins are only 1 right now so these will be very useful.

Kateri

10/17/2023

Understanding that their acting out is them repeating the same behaviours when I pull and grab thing away from them because they’re not doing what I want. I am teaching them to snatch and show anger when they don’t get what they want. It’s sad, I feel guilty.

Summa

10/05/2023

My kids see the back of my phone more than my face.

Bassel

09/08/2023

It makes perfect sense.

Valerie

02/08/2024

I struggle with all 3 of these needs with my daughter with her mental health issues but this is so helpful!

Rachel

10/17/2023

Their need for choice and competence, looking differently at why they want to do certain things.

Ruth

09/28/2023

Children’s behavior is always a message

Hannah

11/30/2023

All the things I think I’m doing to help or teach my children are actually hurting them.

Renee

10/25/2023

I think I try so hard to over compensate… we had 3 in 3.5 years and my husband was very very hard on him, holding him to a standard so much higher, that of our eldest daughter. So I’ve spent all my years trying to compensate this comes out of favouritism and it bothers the other children they think Noah is my fav… I guess I’m his protector, but I think it hurts him even more when I miss it… I just feel like we’ve broken him. But thank you for what you said, I’ll be doing this… and putting down my phone more!!

Keisha

03/05/2024

The reasons for bribing being a mistake is something I’ve never heard worded out like this.

Meli

09/28/2023

Thinking I was doing the right thing but now understanding my bribing was wrong

Amanda

08/12/2023

After attending an All About Parenting webinar, I decided to invest in their program. I am desperate because my 5 year old doesn’t listen or follow directions easily. Using their techniques has significantly improved my child’s behavior. I am grateful to this community for their support and highly recommend their program to all parents.

Chloe

11/21/2023

I started explaining “why” to my three year old and have found this to be true that he tantrums a lot less when he understands the why. Really works!

Lola

11/21/2023

Now I know not to always do things for my sons and just allow them to. This is sooo helpful. I have been doing all the wrong things.

Yoni

11/03/2023

I found it powerful when you talk like an angry parent right into the camera. It made me feel scared a bit, remembering how it felt when I was little and understanding how it must feel for my kids to be yelled at.

Kerri

01/30/2024

This has all been so great! The relatedness really struck me.

Rhoma

01/09/2024

This is great. Often times I get lost in the chaos and forget their needs mentally.

Chris

01/04/2024

I have heard about the needs (not the first time to hear about it) particulary the two: relatedness and autonomy. But it is a really good reminder. The competence one is new and a great insight.

Brittney

04/02/2024

I have been really impressed with the masterclasses I have taken since enrolling. I can’t wait to dive into the lessons more.

Jason

09/08/2023

Understanding internal vs external motivation. Wow moment

Bea

10/24/2023

Kids are a thermometer to how their parents handle situations. Parents teach their kids how to misbehave.

Alex

02/01/2024

Feel incredibly guilty but I give my 3.5 year old choices, she makes decisions, she gets untold praise for favourable behaviour. At a total loss.

Emma

02/01/2024

You shouting at us felt like how my kids must feel when I do the same to my kids.

Katelynn

04/30/2024

WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY! This is so insightful! The Basic needs are so powerful! In our relationships with more than just our kids.

Ebba

02/01/2024

To know that there’s better ways to get your kid to listen than the ways my mother used with me.

Jessica

02/08/2024

All three, you do an incredible job at explaining what the outcome for out littles are… hear breaking! Excited to learn and change.

Buddy

11/30/2023

Now I understand why my son plays video games all the time.

Lucien

11/21/2023

Doing things for my child instead of trusting them to do it alone has been a struggle because I haven’t trusted my child due to their negative behaviors. Didn’t realized that it was all connected thank you for this insight.

Breanna

11/30/2023

Connection before correction. That is one thing I’m implementing ASAP!

Tegan

11/14/2023

Teaching competence builds confidence is my favorite. Also… connection is easy to forget. Needed that reminder.

Jackie

12/06/2023

I would love to meet you again – you are definitely inspiring me.

Rheba

10/31/2023

Realizing how much I have starved my kids of relatedness.

Timisha

04/30/2024

Hearing that my thirteen year old may be lying to me about homework is because of me. Her lack of motivation is because of my threats and punishments.

Candice

10/24/2023

Recognizing that addressing the source of the problem is simply meeting basic human needs.

Jhayde

08/30/2023

I was tired and stressed with all the housework, and no matter what I did, my 1-year-old wouldn’t stop crying. But then I found this program and everything changed. It showed me how to understand my baby’s cries and meet his three basic psychological needs. Now our home is peaceful and not filled with screams. This program is a lifeline for exhausted mothers. It provides valuable insights and transforms the experience of motherhood.

John

11/17/2023

Just glad to be part of movement towards intelligent loving parenting and class management.

Kim

02/01/2024

How something that seems to be so difficult may actually be quite simple.

Hannah

08/07/2023

I really relate to all this. Our son has always been determined and independent and curious so we let him clean with us and explore but there’s push back and it hurts to think we’re not always patient.

Danielle

04/02/2024

Understanding that as a parent I thought I was protecting by saying no or you can’t. When in reality that created loss of autonomy was the issue.

Amy

09/08/2023

This class has been such a blessing already. Thank you! Truly!

Jaclyn

01/09/2024

Thank you so much for such a detailed explanation of everything I’ve been doing wrong. I thought I was the only mom in the world going through this.

Linda

10/31/2023

I am looking forward to using these methods with the whole household. And at work.

Raven

10/24/2023

All of this had me walking through my childhood, how I’m doing things I never wanted to. I will do better!

Heather

10/31/2023

I appreciate knowing why my methods haven’t worked.

Angel

03/05/2024

I’m determined to become a better parent because I don’t feel proud of how I am inconsistent in my approach and I want my children to be successful now and as adults.

Chelsea

10/25/2023

So thankful for both of you and this program.

Kate

01/04/2024

I absolutely know I want to be different to my parents but I get so upset when things aren’t going well, I feel panicky, knowing I’m getting it wrong but not being able to change the pattern. I’m desperate to repair the issues we have and terrified I’d getting it wrong forever.

Melanie

09/08/2023

Thank you for this class! I have learned a lot and will have to be consistent with these methods.

Mckeena

11/30/2023

I don’t want to repeat my parents methods, I want to break the cycle.

Crystal

11/21/2023

Hugs are huge in our family. Thank God for this masterclass.

Vicky

11/17/2023

May I just say, what an amazing masterclass this is, you’re both amazing and technically this is one of the smoothest and most professional webinars I’ve ever been to! Thank you for all that you’re doing!

Angie

12/07/2023

Recognizing how much our knee-jerk reactions to kids can have on their emotions and well-being.

Joseph

11/21/2023

It explains why my 10 year old is the way he is with his mom.

Zoe

04/02/2024

The competency of our children as well. That perspective of them wanting to learn since birth was spot on. They’re still learning and we’re the biggest teachers and inspiration.

Whitney

03/12/2024

I love the self determination theory. Makes so much sense. I have so much work to do.

Gina

04/26/2024

When I was younger and my parents were not there for my needs. And they try to rush me when I wasn’t ready. I missed out on so much relatedness. It sent tears to my eyes when you talked about this.

Lauren

01/18/2024

The need for autonomy made a huge impact on me! I can see so many times that I have not met this in my children and we’re seeing the consequences.

Jide

11/14/2023

Humility in recognizing that our children have feelings and not just being a rigid parent.

Mahmooda

11/21/2023

Wow, this tells me a lot about my teens defiance.

Sandrine

01/10/2024

I see myself in my partner and that’s why I react.

Darja

12/13/2023

I could listen this whole day.

Elaina

12/13/2023

It is mind blowing that we focus on things inside of us and reflect onto others. I’m definitely interested in working on this.

Ryan

12/13/2023

The information about how a stay at home mom would not be having needs met. She would say that to me but I didn’t get it.

Jim

12/13/2023

The visual you gave of how much I’m ignoring everyone in front of me in place of a screen. And it’s my responsibility to do it differently. So hard to stay away from shame & guilt!

Ayesha

02/27/2024

Right place, right time! I know we didn’t meet by chance. I’ve been looking for a way to become a better mom and wife, it started taking a toll on me.

Aneela Fazal

12/13/2023

It didn’t occur to me that I had these needs, I realize I have been lacking this and this has been the cause of my annoyance and restlessness.

Lauren

12/13/2023

I’ve realized I’ve neglected my husband once I had kids (ages 5 and 2,5). We stopped spending alone time, stopped laughing with one another and lost the connection.

Ashley

02/27/2024

I joined because I have listened to these seminars at least 6 times over the past 2 years, if not more… I have wanted to join everytime and been a little upset that I couldn’t afford it at the time, and really wanted it. I am soo excited that I can afford it this time, and when I feel like I REALLY NEED IT. The timing is perfect and I cannot wait to get started.

Heather

12/13/2023

Changing our mindset and being brave enough to dig deep and really know ourselves and take responsibility is scary and hard work. But will be worth it. I think I always knew big picture I needed to do it but never knew the tangible ways how.

Althea

12/13/2023

Realizing that our needs are similar but ordered in a different way than my husband. My need for autonomy is higher that my need for relatedness.

Alexandra

04/16/2024

I’m already a member of the program and I find this awesome! The perfect tools to be the best Parent of your Child. The program is a wonder! Is affordable, and the best present you can make to you and your Family. Is Worth every penny.

Salma

12/13/2023

The 3 psychological needs was eye-opening.

Alexandra

04/16/2024

The great thing about this masterclass is that it gives you the opportunity to be able to Connect not just your Child, partner but also to know yourself, I recommend it 100%.

Oksana

09/04/2023

Most powerful is realising and admitting that I’m not perfect but normal parent, allowing myself to go on and try again

Heather

09/25/2023

All of this is so insightful. It’s a relief to not feel so isolated in my experience with my husband. I want to be brave and do that exercise so I can better understand him and increase my empathy.

Parveen

01/10/2024

We judge people for the things we have inside us too. I have noticed that.

Kallista

02/27/2024

Ladies if you’re doubting purchasing this and can afford it but don’t feel you deserve it, please reconsider. You deserve improvement.

Jessica

12/13/2023

Truly clicked how about someone can’t make you feel that way. We can’t change someone. We all have different opinions and needs. I feel like I am not alone. It’s easy to forget that sometimes.

Debbie

02/27/2024

Highly recomment the program, only about two chapters in and have learned so much already, particularly observing my kids behaviour and thinking about their needs.

Jeanette

12/14/2023

I like how you explain how formal education failed in relation to these areas of their needs.

Diana

12/14/2023

It’s about relatedness. The amount of responsibility we have to deliver that to our kids unconditionally.

Paul

09/21/2023

Thanks of reminding about my role for Motivating them internally.

Sam

01/08/2024

Stop focusing on today’s homework or exam and interact with my child bearing in mind what attitude you want them to have in ten years time.

Lucie

09/21/2023

Listening to you be the overpowering parent… you have to do it, because it has to be done, makes me cringe each time because I have said it so many times! Definitely a rethink on how this will go in future

Anna

09/21/2023

Feeling rather emotional right now! The realisation that I have lost sight of the individual strengths and getting so caught up with keeping up with others

Melanie

01/08/2024

I appreciate the way you are demonstrating how important relationships are by reffering to attendees by name and recalling info about the kids – relating what you are saying directly to people present.

Ali

01/08/2024

To actually tap into the child’s skills and creative side instead of placing so much emphasis on school as its not a happy place for my child socially and academically.

Violet

12/14/2023

The validation of everything we’ve experienced – test/ schools/ teachers act like the kids are a problem for having these natural needs!

Oksana

01/08/2024

There is a flame inside each kid, this is so true.

Helena

01/08/2024

Knowing that my child has a unique talent and emphasizing this.

Jennifer

12/14/2023

Children’s need for connection. This is so important and it will affect them as adults in their relationship.

Caterina

12/14/2023

The idea of meeting their needs, I feel I have felt this same thing. When I was in school, I always wanted to be seen. Eventually, I had a school teacher that did that, saw what I needed.

Melanie

01/08/2024

What is so frustrating is that I teach at a university and do my best to tailor assignments so that students can play to their strengths. I want them to demonstrate their learning in creative ways. They can write an essay, create artwork, put together a music programme, a podcast… but school seems to not offer flexibility.

Upma

09/21/2023

This is self realization, i am in tears and feeling soo guilty of my behaviour

Althea

12/14/2023

Knowing that my five year old feels insignificant that is why she feels a bit clingy and dislikes going to school.

Tina

01/08/2024

I actually listened to a neurologist author last night and he explains finding out your life purpose, it goes back to when we were a young kid and we had a voice in our head…. But as we got older adults made it not possible to hear that voice anymore.

Elaine

12/14/2023

The three needs!!! And why my daughter might need acting out in the evening.

Rosy

01/08/2024

I think the system is crushing my kids! Too much focus on attendance and academic achievement, but nothing about emotional and mental health!

Amanda

01/08/2024

School doesn’t prepare us for adult life and I should stop trying to force any child to fit into a rigid system.

Keira

09/21/2023

It’s so lovely to hear you talk about something I’ve struggled with in my professional career for many years, that the system doesn’t cater for all who have to endure it.
